INSIGHT TERAPI

1. GENERAL
These terms of use (“Terms”) apply between Insight Terapi (“Insight Terapi”) and you as a user of Insight Terapi’s platform (“User”). The platform is available via the website www.insightterapi.com or through the mobile application Zenithia Neuro-AI (“Service”).
The Service enables digital healthcare through contact with certified therapists and coaches (“Practitioner”) via chat, audio, or video.
The Service provides primary care-level support. If you are experiencing an urgent crisis, such as suicidal thoughts, please seek immediate help by contacting emergency psychiatric services or calling your local emergency number.
2. USE OF THE SERVICE
To use the Service and create a user account, you must be at least 18 years old. Guardians may not register accounts for their children or book appointments on their behalf.
The User is responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date contact details.
- Protecting their account from unauthorized access.
- Ensuring the Service is not used in violation of the Terms or applicable laws.
- Ensuring that content shared through the Service does not infringe on others’ rights or violate laws.
The Service is not intended for individuals in acute psychiatric crises. Insight Terapi may discontinue treatment and refer users to other healthcare providers if necessary.
3. UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE SERVICE
It is not permitted to:
- Copy, sell, or modify the Service.
- Record or film meetings with Practitioners.
- Distribute materials from sessions without permission.
- Publish offensive or illegal content.
In case of misuse, Insight Terapi may restrict access to the Service and, if necessary, demand compensation.
4. AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATIONS
Insight Terapi does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service but strives to minimize disruptions. Limitations may occur due to technical or maintenance reasons.

5. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Medical records are maintained according to applicable legislation. More information can be found in our privacy policy.
6. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
Insight Terapi continuously develops the Service and may make changes without prior notice. Major updates will be announced on the website.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All materials belonging to Insight Terapi are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without written permission.
8. THIRD-PARTY APPLICATIONS
Insight Terapi is not responsible for third-party applications that may be required to use the Service.
9. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Insight Terapi is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked through the Service.
10. LIABILITY
Insight Terapi complies with applicable healthcare laws but cannot guarantee that the Service will always be error-free or available.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Insight Terapi is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as war, pandemics, or technical issues.
12. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
Changes to the Terms take effect 14 days after being announced on the website. By continuing to use the Service, you are deemed to have accepted the changes.
13. DURATION AND TERMINATION
The Terms apply indefinitely from the moment you register an account. Insight Terapi may terminate the agreement with a 7-day notice period or immediately in the event of a breach of contract.
Upon termination, your account and data will be deleted according to applicable laws.
14. COMPENSATION
Applicable prices are listed within the Service. Booked video calls can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
15. TRANSFER OF AGREEMENT
Insight Terapi has the right to transfer its rights and obligations under the Terms.
16. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Swedish law applies. Disputes shall be resolved in a Swedish general court.
