How We Work at Insight Therapy

At Insight Therapy, we provide structured and evidence-based treatment for anxiety, worry, and stress-related difficulties. We work transdiagnostically, which means we focus on the underlying mechanisms that maintain anxiety and emotional overload, regardless of diagnosis.

Treatment is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Unified Protocol (UP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Together, we work to:

If a need for therapeutic treatment becomes clear during coaching, a safe and structured transition to therapy is arranged.

Sessions are conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet. Treatment begins with a structured assessment and collaborative goal setting.

Autism Dad United is a free, non-profit community created for fathers raising children with autism. It offers a safe, judgment-free space where dads can speak openly, connect with others who understand the realities of ASD parenting, and ease the isolation many fathers experience.

You are not expected to have all the answers or be strong all the time. Autism Dad United supports your mental and emotional wellbeing through shared experience, practical insight, and real connection—reminding you that you are not alone and that your wellbeing matters.
