Terms of Use
INSIGHT TERAPI
Effective as of February 1, 2024
1. GENERAL
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply between Insight Terapi (“Insight Terapi”) and you as a user of Insight Terapi’s platform (“User”). The platform is available through the website www.insightterapi.com or via the mobile application Zenithia Neuro-AI (“Service”).
The Service enables digital care through contact with certified therapists and coaches (“Practitioner”) via chat, audio, or video.
The Service provides care at the primary care level. In the event of an acute situation, such as suicidal thoughts, you should immediately contact emergency psychiatric services or call 112.
2. USE OF THE SERVICE
To use the Service and create a user account, you must be at least 18 years old. Guardians may not register accounts for their children or book appointments on their behalf.
The User is responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date contact information.
- Protecting your account from unauthorized access.
- Ensuring that the Service is not used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
- Ensuring that content shared through the Service does not infringe on the rights of others or violate applicable legislation.
The Service is not intended for individuals experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis. Insight Terapi may discontinue treatment and refer you to another healthcare provider when necessary.
3. PROHIBITED USE OF THE SERVICE
The following activities are not permitted:
- Copying, selling, or modifying the Service.
- Filming or recording meetings with Practitioners.
- Distributing material from meetings without permission.
- Publishing offensive or unlawful material.
In the event of misuse, Insight Terapi may restrict your access to the Service and, where applicable, seek compensation for damages.
4. AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATIONS
Insight Terapi does not guarantee continuous access to the Service but strives to minimize disruptions. Limitations may occur due to technical issues or maintenance.
Errors or interruptions in the Service should be reported to info@insightterapi.com.
5. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Patient records are maintained in accordance with applicable legislation. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.
6. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
Insight Terapi continuously develops the Service and may make changes without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated through the website.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All materials belonging to Insight Terapi are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without written permission.
8. THIRD-PARTY APPLICATIONS
Insight Terapi is not responsible for third-party applications that may be required to use the Service.
9. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Insight Terapi is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked to from the Service.
10. LIABILITY
Insight Terapi complies with applicable healthcare legislation but cannot guarantee that the Service will always be error-free or available.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Insight Terapi is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as war, pandemics, or technical problems.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Changes to these Terms will take effect 14 days after being communicated through the website. By continuing to use the Service, you are deemed to have accepted the changes.
13. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect until further notice from the time you register an account. Insight Terapi may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ notice or immediately in the event of a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your account and information will be deleted in accordance with applicable law.
14. FEES
Current prices are stated within the Service. Booked video sessions may be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
15. ASSIGNMENT OF THE AGREEMENT
Insight Terapi has the right to assign its rights and obligations under these Terms.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Swedish law applies. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Sweden.
